I left the car there from a tow after working hours (Wednesday night) and put the keys in a box on the wall. I was there the next morning at opening time and told the service advisor what the problem was. I went to the box and the keys were still there but someone could have taken them since the area was open. The advisor told me they were 2 days behind on diagnostics. On Saturday the advisor texted the diagnosis and repair cost. I approved. The following Saturday I got a text that the vehicle was ready. It appears the repairs were done properly.
