I made an appointment for a software update and a few minor warranty issues. Unfortunately, only the software update was completed in my visit. I was told I would have to make another appointment and have my vehicle at the dealership for several days just to get looked at, and they may or may not have a loaner vehicle for me. I���ve had several vehicles serviced at this dealership over the years and have never had issues getting a loaner vehicle. I���ll try and make another appointment and see if they have one ready for me at that point.
