In addition to the tire rotation and routine multipoint check service for my Chevy Bolt EV, I asked for additional help with a noise from the rear. Elvina notified me promptly that the service staff found loose parts under the car and explained that it might be the cause. It was indeed the cause. I no longer hear that noise. Thank you Vina.
