Three days after I turned the car in for service mentioning engine misfires, I experienced an engine misfire. This was only on my second attempt in driving the vehicle. I’m disappointed because the advisor stated that the issue was fixed (even mentioning a camshaft & solenoid issue being resolved), but I guess not. And this was after they held the car for twenty days. Yes, twenty days just to give me a car that’s still experiencing issues. Such “amazing” service, I’m very disappointed. I’m giving two stars because they did fix my compressor/AC issue, but not my engine misfires issue, by the looks of it.

Struggled a lot with communication. I was told 2-3 days for my car to be done and heard nothing at all updating me about it. When I called the first time after my car being there for 4 days I was told my service advisor had left the company and was transferred to another advisor on the phone which sent me straight to voicemail. I then had to call back and ask to speak to a person who then told me more info about my car but that it wasn’t ready yet. I was told I would hear first thing the next morning. Of course the next day I heard nothing and mid day I had to spend 30+ minutes calling over and over and over just to talk to a service advisor. I got hung up on, sent to voicemail, calls dropped, etc before I finally talked to someone. It was extremely frustrating and stressful to have such a severe lack of communication.

Disappointed that my 2024 Chevy ZR2 broke down with only 11k miles on it. Towed to AutoNation on a Monday, received a loaner car a few days later while they diagnosed my truck. Bryan kept me updated on the issue but was told no ETA on engine. Once the engine arrived, the tech immediately started on my truck. Completed work in a couple of days.

The buying process started out smooth and attentive. It quickly transitioned to being left out of the loop. I was ghosted by my salesperson after asking about the status of my vehicle that had to be serviced before it ever left the lot. The vehicle turned out to be a lemon. Now that I have a different vehicle, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone aside from sales. When I ask to be transferred to the correct department, I’m put on hold, transferred, and then hung up on. How am I supposed to get anything done with my vehicle when nobody can be reached.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It’s first oil change, which was free. Shortly after I left the dealership, my tire sensors went off. I stopped by discount tire and had them checked. All the tires were over inflated. And one of the sensors was damaged by the tech that did the oil change. So I have to return for another visit to have it corrected. My experience with this dealership has not been very good.

I had an appointment at 12 pm. I arrived approximately 5 minutes late. I waited till 12:50 before they took my car into the service area. My car was not finished until 2:50. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to get my car in close to the time of my appointment? I called about 8 minutes before I brought my car in and I was told that appointments were available. It seems that 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is an extremely long time. I was in your dealership for close to 3 hours! That should not be acceptable! I would like to say your service person whom I dealt with was polite and kind. This is my second Vette purchased from this dealer. The first was in 2012, a great experience it was. On this second purchase, The service Dept was first class. I found a huge improvement over the last few years, Service was excellent in that they helped me with the issues that this 2025 stingray had. The sales and Finance dept were horrible. The sales guys kept pressuring me to finance my car inspite of me telling them many times that I will pay cash for my new car, and will not do financing. it was stressful. They kept bringing that up over and over. I should have walked, I walked in there wanting to order a new car, they convinced me to buy one that was on the lot a 2025, after i got the car I had remorse feelings, but I realized it was too late, it was not my intention to buy a 2025, I came in there to order a new 2026 car. I too failed as I should have walked away, the car they sold me had issues. I had asked the sales rep to put the car for diagnostic checks as it had been on the lot a while. He never did. When i was departing, one other person that works there gave me a quick overview of the car and he could not open the hood, it was stuck, I went home eithbthe car and brought the car back on Monday to service check, and they found the battery was low on charge causing a bunch of issues I had reported. I reported all this to the sales team. It was my worst experience on purchasing a car. The sales team never helped, it was the service guys. The finance person just was a pressure person, kind of forcing me to buy extended warranty, and she was terrible to deal with, when a customer say not interested, please back of. I will end up trading this new car in the near future, maybe a year so I can order a car from the factory as I had planned, I did that with my first Vette and it was an excellent experience, your sales and finance team in 2012 were awesome. I wish I did not go with this purchase, I did tell my sales team but it was too late as I drove the car home.

Purchased a 2023 Colorado July of 23’. No issues till July29 2025, check engine comes on acceleration decreased rpm reved up! Took in to AutoNation on Aug. 29th! Had to wait 3 weeks for even a diagnosis which turned out to be transmission speed control module and wiring harness issue. Only one technician at the dealership who takes care of these issues, parts were ordered, they did not get here till approx Nov.1 or so. Work was done I picked up my truck Wednesday nov. 5th after almost 10 weeks being there. I just find that hard to fathom. Supply chain is royally screwed up, with trade and tariff issues by the current administration. I can relate to that being an architect in the construction industry for over 50 years! My service person was always very responsive to my texts or calls and he ended up texting me status every other day just to let me know where parts order stood. Again a little surprised about a dealership this size have only one person to attend to issues like had. I have driven GM full size Silverados for 25 years before I downsized to this Colorado, I hope it has no other issues as I keep it.

Samuel was great and the technician that did the oil change was very diligent in noticing the oil leak ( i hope this not going to be the start of a bigger problem ) around the oil pan and brought it up to the service writer, which in turn I was notified about the issue and we scheduled a time to bring it back to have the warranty work done. On thing is I was giving a loner that was not washed, not that I don't appreciate the new vehicle but I had to go and detail it on my way home.

Misleading and Overpriced Transmission Service — Completely Unacceptable I brought my Corvette C8 in for the “Change Transmission Fluid Soon” service, which was clearly listed as “Replace Automatic Transmission Filter and Fluid ($989.83)” when I booked my appointment. Based on that, I expected a full transmission fluid replacement — not just a quick top-off and an external filter swap. After receiving my invoice, I found out that all they did was replace the external transmission filter and add a small amount of fluid (only about one quart, $46.18). Yet they charged me $735.88 in labor and a total of $1,034 for this minimal work. Charging nearly $800 in labor for something so simple is unacceptable and completely unreasonable. Anyone with common sense would never agree to pay that much for such limited work — and the fact that it was never properly explained or clarified before doing the job makes it even worse. This service feels misleading and dishonest. Customers shouldn’t have to dissect invoices to realize they didn’t receive the full service they booked. Transparency and integrity are basic expectations when dealing with a dealership service department, and both were lacking here.

I came in describing a transmission shudder under certain conditions. I declined the month-and-a-half wait for a transmission diagnosis and asked for my transmission fluid to be checked/changed, and the shudder is minimal now. After further research, I described "TSB 18-NA-355" and no one acknowledged the systemic issue with the 8L90. I'm pretty confident that is my last Chevy/GM. Oris was otherwise cordial, friendly and helpful.

During my recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, I was informed that I have an oil leak and the tire rotation could not be performed due to swollen lug nuts. Despite my request for an accommodation, the service writer attempted to upsell me new lug nuts instead. Additionally, they recommended brakes and rotors, which was unexpected given that I recently purchased this vehicle eight months ago from another Auto Nation in Plano. While the overall customer service was commendable and prompt, it was disappointing to discover these issues with my car, especially considering that I had only owned it for eight months.

The people were great but it was confusing as to what was agreed to and what I was actually receiving. I still don't know why I didn't get the interest rate my agent said I would and the extra insurance (warranties ?) policies should have been discussed up front so you could see how they would fit into your budget. It took 5 hours of waiting to get the truck cleaned and detailed and when I got home and looked at the engine they never touched it. It looked like anything but a new truck. Eliminate the surprises please.

We purchased our Corvette April 1, 2025. It had a leak on the floor board of the passenger side. We turned it in for the 2nd time on December 2, 2025?and got it back January 13, 2026. My only complaint is no loaner cars for the first 5 weeks. The service department did a good job of notifying us of the parts needed to stop the leaking. Thanks
